Oh, I just found the answer to my question. I have heard of Shaolin but not white crane Shaolin. What is distinctive aobut it?
well other than the fact that many of the moves mimic a crane, it focuses on applying the correct amount of force to pressure points, dexterity, redirecting force, those kinds of things. they have a lot of fast hand movement and focuses on a very solid low stance. my method only has about a few flying kicks, as it originated in the south of china where there were a lot of swamps etc. it was created by a woman, so it focuses more on being able to fight with less than brute force.
